Introduction
You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people-related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organisation development and culture. A Senior Specialist in HR Shared Services leads and manages a team of members providing centralised HR support, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience. They focus on process improvement, data accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 days from office - Eastern Time Zone)
Your Job
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees (Hire to Retire)
- Assist in managing HR inquiries and employee requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage Helpdesk as per defined SLAs and metrics
- HR Service Delivery: Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and transactional services.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data in HR systems.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
- KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR Shared Services.
- Project Management: Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades or process redesign.
- Collaboration: Work with other HR teams, HR Business Partners, and other departments.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the HR Shared Services function.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) may be preferred.
Years Of Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR administration
- Preferably AMS region HRSS (hire-to-retire) experience.
