Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Global Visa Expert / Visa Consultant. The role involves advising clients on immigration and visa processes, handling visa applications, and resolving immigration-related queries. Responsibilities include staying updated on global visa regulations, providing consultations, and ensuring a seamless processing experience for clients while maintaining high levels of professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Immigration Issues and expertise in Visa procedures.
- Strong Communication and Consulting skills for client interaction and guidance.
- In-depth knowledge of Immigration laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications or education in immigration and visa consultancy are beneficial.
