- Knowledge of outsourcing and offshoring industry
- High level knowledge of technology, ideally with some knowledge of IT and ITeS services scope and contracts
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into operational plans and business results.
- Experience with managing large-scale organizational change
- 10 to 15 years of IT disciplines in Vendor Management, Service Delivery Management, Program Management
- Strong financial management experience
- Offshore / Outsourcing experience
- IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required and banking qualifications
