Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role as a Global Trade Finance Consultant for our biorefinery startup. The consultant will manage financial strategies for international trade operations, provide consulting on trade finance structures, analyze global market trends, and oversee trading transactions. The role will also include coordinating with global partners to optimize financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, financial performance, and trade opportunities
- Expertise in consulting, with a focus on advising on trade finance structures and international business strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance, including understanding trade finance instruments and models
- Experience in international trade and trading processes, with a focus on regulatory compliance and global market dynamics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with global partners and stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and in a remote setting
- Experience in green biotechnology, renewable energy, or associated industries is an advantage
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is preferred
