Job Description
As a Global Technical Recruiter specialising in Data Centres and Digital Buildings, you'll scale our technical capability globally from Pune, partnering with senior leaders to hire specialist talent across engineering and smart-building disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for data centre and digital building roles across global markets
- Partner with technical leaders to understand role requirements and project demands
- Source niche technical talent using various methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach
- Recruit for roles in Data Centre Design & Engineering, Mission-Critical Infrastructure, Digital Buildings, and related fields
- Screen candidates for technical capability, project experience, and cultural alignment
- Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding handovers
- Track recruitment performance metrics and build long-term talent pipelines
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal standards
- Continuously improve technical hiring processes and candidate experience
You should be detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working across time zones. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
Location & Working Model:
Based in Pune, India, with a flexible and hybrid working model. Occasional flexibility required for global collaboration.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Experience & Background:
- Proven experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or mission-critical roles globally
- Strong understanding of data centre and/or digital building disciplines
Technical Recruiting Expertise:
- Advanced sourcing capability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping)
- Experience recruiting for niche, complex, and hard-to-fill roles
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
Key Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong time management and stakeholder management skills
- Process-driven with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and data privacy (e.g. GDPR)
