We are looking for a curious, internet-savvy global talent sourcing intern who enjoys researching people, discovering talent online, and identifying professionals across international markets. In this role, you will help our recruitment team identify high-potential candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and global talent platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in HR, recruitment, talent intelligence, and global hiring ecosystems. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities
• Identify talent across North America, Europe, and global markets
• Build candidate pipelines for various roles across industries
• Maintain organized candidate databases and sourcing trackers
• Conduct basic candidate research and profile evaluation
• Support recruiters in shortlisting relevant candidates
• Track hiring trends and talent availability in different markets
