Brink’s Global Shared Services Center (GSS) in Hyderabad is a critical enabler of the company’s global transformation and operating model evolution. The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities.
The center is designed to enable standardized processes, scalable service delivery, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets.

Business Unit Description:
This role sits within HR Operations, a team that plays a key role in supporting Brink’s global workforce and advancing enterprise HR priorities.
The function is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable HR services and ensuring consistent execution of core people processes, partnering across global HR, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences and reliable HR operations at scale.
As part of Brink’s global operating model, the team helps drive consistency, efficiency, and service excellence, enabling the business to operate more effectively and support employees across the full lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing (Position Summary):
- The Global Strategic Sourcing Analyst is a key contributor to the Global Sourcing & Procurement function, supporting the development and deployment of sourcing tools, systems, and process excellence initiatives across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
- This role blends strategic sourcing execution with advanced analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and supplier performance improvement. The analyst will play a critical role in standardizing sourcing processes, delivering actionable insights, and supporting enterprise-wide procurement transformation initiatives.
- This role is ideal for someone who brings structure, accuracy, and commercial discipline to procurement operations. The role will help strengthen supplier, sourcing, and master data processes so teams have the information, controls, and insights needed to operate efficiently and make sound business decisions.

How You’ll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):
- Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
- Strategic Sourcing & RFx Execution
- Support end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including:
- Category Spend analysis and opportunity identification
- Development and execution of RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
- Negotiation preparation and analytics support
- Bid analysis, supplier evaluation, and commercial assessments
- Development of sourcing toolkits (RFx templates, negotiation models, analytics frameworks)
- Advanced Analytics & Insights
- Analyze complex, multi-source datasets to:
- Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models
- Should-Cost analysis
- Perform price optimization and cost-to-serve analysis
- Identify cost savings and value creation opportunities
- Detect supplier pricing inconsistencies across regions
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the applicable functional, analytical, technical, or operational area.
- Experience in procurement operations, supplier data, sourcing support, vendor management, master data, or related operational processes.
- Experience working with controls, approvals, audit requirements, supplier information, ERP, procurement, or workflow tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, automation, analytics)
- Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, 5–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement analytics, or supply chain

- Language: English required; French, Dutch, and Spanish preferred.

- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
- Procurement operations, supplier data, sourcing support, vendor process, or ERP/procurement system knowledge.
- Strong control discipline, documentation accuracy, and comfort working with supplier, sourcing, or master data workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and time zones.
- High attention to detail with a strong quality, compliance, and control mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Good to Have Skills:
- Coupa, Oracle, SAP, Shibumi, ERP, vendor master, supplier lifecycle, or sourcing platform experience.
- Exposure to TCO modeling, supplier scorecards, RFx support, or procurement analytics.
- Experience working in a shared services, GBS, captive, MSP, or outsourced delivery model.
- Exposure to global transformation, operating model change, transition, or service modernization initiatives.
- Process improvement experience, including Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience creating executive-ready materials, dashboards, process documentation, or stakeholder updates.
