About the role

Key responsibilities include: 1) Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth and engagement for WNBA products, content, and initiatives. 2) Serving as a subject matter expert on WNBA products and key initiatives, and helping to define the target audience and positioning. 3) Creating compelling content and assets to support WNBA marketing campaigns and digital/social activations. 4) Analyzing data and insights to identify opportunities and measure campaign performance. 5) Collaborating cross-functionally with various WNBA teams to align on priorities and execute marketing plans. 6) Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices to inform WNBA marketing strategies.
