Role Description
The Global Sourcing Specialist will manage sourcing operations, build and maintain supplier relationships, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and carry out procurement activities to meet organizational goals. The role involves performing data analysis to support decision-making processes and ensuring that all sourcing activities adhere to company and regulatory compliance requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Management to identify, assess, and maintain strong partnerships with vendors.
- Experience in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making in sourcing, procurement, and cost optimization.
- Expertise in Procurement to efficiently manage purchasing activities and ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or certifications like CPSM or CSCP are a plus.
- Background in the seafood or food industry is highly desirable.
