We’re Hiring Global Service Operations Coordinator at Servocean Marine & Safety Solutions India Pvt Ltd.

Servocean is expanding its global marine operations and looking for a dynamic professional to join our growing team as a Global Service Operations Coordinator.
We are planning to onboard 2 additional colleagues across operations and technical support as part of our expansion phase.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate global marine service operations across vessels and clients
• Support ship repair activities, dry-dock planning, and technical service execution
• Manage LSA/FFE inspections, maintenance schedules, and compliance tracking
• Liaise with ship owners, fleet managers, and onboard technical teams
• Ensure smooth execution of onboard and shore-based marine services
• Coordinate emergency response and breakdown service support (24/7 readiness)
• Maintain service documentation, reporting, and operational updates
• Work closely with engineering, safety, and logistics teams
Desired Profile
• Experience in marine operations / ship repair / technical coordination
• Strong understanding of vessel systems, safety equipment, and marine compliance
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, global operational environments
• Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
