We are hiring for a
Global Service Coordinators for locations across
Jaipur, Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Pune for a client of ours.
The role requires
1 3 years of experience in
Desktop/Help Desk Support, incident & request management, ticketing tools like SNOW/ITSM/SAP, and coordination with global users and teams.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, customer handling experience, exposure to SLA-driven environments, and experience in
Microsoft technologies and change management.
Experience in logistics coordination, asset lifecycle management, and international support environments will be an added advantage.
Education :
Any full time graduation
