We are hiring a Global Senior Director of Endpoint Operations to lead our next generation of Digital Workplace Services. This is a senior role with end‑to‑end responsibility for large‑scale operations, commercial outcomes, and service delivery across a complex, multi‑region environment. The scope includes leading several hundred resources globally while ensuring operational stability today and guiding how Digital Workplace Services evolve over time.
The leader we are seeking is:
- An experienced operator who has run global endpoint and service desk environments at scale
- A proven managed services leader with accountability for SLAs, P&L, client delivery, and executive‑level escalations
- A strong technologist, not a general manager, with the credibility to engage on endpoint architecture, modern device management, and service delivery models
- Someone with a clear point of view on Next‑Generation Digital Workplace Services, including how AI, automation, and intelligent operations will change how endpoint and service desk services are delivered
- Comfortable challenging existing approaches and leading meaningful change while keeping delivery strong
This role will play a key part in defining and executing the next phase of Digital Workplace Services, balancing operational discipline with forward‑looking innovation.
Required Capabilities
- Leadership experience across large, global Digital Workplace or Endpoint Operations within a managed services environment
- Deep background running complex service desk and endpoint delivery with ownership of SLAs, client outcomes, and service performance
- An AI‑forward mindset with the ability to explain how AI, automation, and intelligent operations will shape Digital Workplace and End User Services over the next 12 to 24 months
- Strong technical grounding with hands‑on credibility in endpoint architecture and modern device management
- Demonstrated success leading global teams of 300 to 400+ resources across multiple regions
- Solid commercial experience, including P&L ownership, margin management, cost optimization, and service growth in an MSP model
- A change leader who can improve how work gets done while maintaining service quality and client trust
