We are building a next-generation AI/ML data infrastructure company powering Autonomous Systems, Multimodal AI, and Enterprise Intelligence.
Our capabilities span:
- Multimodal data collection (Image, Video, LiDAR, Audio)
- Advanced data annotation (2D/3D, Sensor Fusion, Audio)
- Emerging AI domains, including VLA (Vision-Language-Action) and VQA (Visual Question Answering)
- ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle datasets
We are looking for a Director of Global Sales to lead international growth, build high-value enterprise relationships, and scale revenue across US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end global revenue ownership ($2M–$5M+ ARR target)
- Define and execute GTM strategy across AI/ML and ADAS markets
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team (3–10 members)
- Drive enterprise deals across:
- Autonomous Vehicles / ADAS
- Generative AI / Multimodal AI
- Develop strategic partnerships with:
- AI companies
- Tier-1 automotive players
- Enterprise tech firms
- Own pipeline forecasting, deal strategy, and closures
Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months)
- Build $3M+ qualified pipeline
- Close $1M–$2M ARR in global deals
- Establish 3–5 anchor enterprise clients
- Hire and scale the initial sales team
- Expand into 2+ key international markets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in closing $100K–$1M+ deals
- Experience selling:
- AI/ML services, Data Annotation, SaaS, or IT services
- Strong exposure to US/EU enterprise sales cycles
- Deep understanding of at least one:
- ADAS / Autonomous Systems/Computer Vision/ Conversational AI
- Multimodal AI (VLA, VQA)
- Data infrastructure/training pipelines
- Experience in building & scaling sales teams
- Strong negotiation, storytelling, and executive presence
