Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Global Sales - CPS Affiliate based in Noida. The role encompasses building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, identifying new partnership opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will facilitate sales operations, provide training to affiliates, and collaborate with teams to achieve strategic goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build and manage affiliate relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and achieve targets consistently.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to empower partners and team members with the knowledge needed for success.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or a related domain is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
