Primary title: Business Development Consultant (Contract role)

A fast-growing player in the AdTech and mobile monetization sector, serving app and game publishers as well as advertisers with turnkey monetization, analytics, and in-app advertising solutions. We partner with publishers to maximise revenue and with advertisers to deliver measurable performance across mobile inventory. This role is India-based and operates in a hybrid workplace model.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales: identify prospects, qualify opportunities, run discovery calls, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals with publishers and advertisers.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), provide accurate forecasts, and consistently hit revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Design customised monetization and ad-solution proposals in collaboration with product and ad-ops teams to meet partner objectives and technical constraints.
  • Own post-sale account management for key partners—execute onboarding, optimise yield, and expand revenue via upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Prepare and present persuasive demos, commercial decks, and ROI analyses for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with publishers, ad networks, and agencies.

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within digital advertising or mobile app monetization (publishers or advertisers).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting techniques.
  • Ability to analyze campaign and revenue performance using Google Analytics and Google Sheets.
  • Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Experience collaborating with product and ad-ops teams to translate technical solutions into commercial offerings.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising ecosystems, including DSP and RTB workflows.
  • Established relationships with mobile app publishers, game studios, or ad networks.
  • Understanding of SaaS commercial models and pricing strategies for platform-based products.
