Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in international markets to drive our digital acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their career but highly execution-focused and eager to scale campaigns globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage and optimize budgets with a focus on CPL, CAC, and ROI
- Drive high-quality leads and demo bookings for global markets
- Optimize end-to-end funnel (Landing Page → Lead → Demo → Conversion)
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights
- Coordinate with sales/CRM team to improve lead quality and conversions
- Set up and manage tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM)
Key Metrics You Will Own:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Demo Booking Rate
- Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Experience managing campaigns in international markets (Australia, UK, Europe preferred)
- Strong understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of funnels, attribution, and tracking
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
