About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Delivery Lead with 12+ years in Global Payroll and HRO services. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of multi-country payroll projects, handling client relationships, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of global payroll and HRO projects
- Handle multi-country payroll (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and resolve issues
- Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance standards are met
- Lead transition and transformation projects
- Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Global Payroll / HRO / HR Operations
- Strong experience in multi-country payroll delivery
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and labor laws
- Experience in transition & transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with tools like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM, or similar
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- MBA or relevant certifications (CPP, PMP, etc.)
- Experience in global consulting or BPO companies
