About XYMA Analytics
Xyma Analytics is a deep-tech company building cutting-edge non-invasive process monitoring solutions for heavy industries. Leveraging acoustic and ultrasonic sensing with AI-powered analytics, Xyma enables process plants to achieve real-time visibility into critical equipment – without shutdowns and without intrusion.
Our technology is trusted by operators across refineries, fertiliser complexes, and chemical plants, helping them move from reactive maintenance to predictive intelligence.
Role Overview
As Global Partner Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for Xyma's technology licensor ecosystem. You will identify, onboard, and grow strategic alliances with technology licensors – firms that license proprietary process technologies to plants in oil & gas, fertilisers, petrochemicals, and allied sectors – positioning Xyma's monitoring platform as an embedded or preferred solution within their licensed offerings.
This is a high-visibility, externally-facing role that demands a blend of technical fluency, commercial acumen, and the ability to evangelise Xyma's differentiated value proposition to senior stakeholders globally.
Key Verticals
Oil & Gas
Fertilizers & Agrochem
Petrochemicals & Refining
Specialty Chemicals
LNG & Gas Processing
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and engage technology licensors in Oil & Gas, Fertilisers, Petrochemicals and Chemicals as strategic channel and integration partners
- Own the full partnership lifecycle — prospecting, pitch, MOU/agreement, co-marketing, and co-selling — from initial conversation to revenue-generating relationship
- Evangelise Xyma's Thermal intelligence platform to the licensor's technical and commercial teams, creating pull-through demand into end-plant deployments
- Collaborate with Xyma's product and engineering teams to craft integration narratives and tailor value propositions for each licensor's process technology domain
- Represent Xyma at industry forums, conferences, and licensor events globally (ADIPEC, Gastech, IFA, etc.)
- Develop joint go-to-market playbooks, co-branded collateral, and proposal frameworks in coordination with licensors' business development functions
- Maintain a structured partnership pipeline, report on KPIs, and provide market intelligence to leadership on licensor landscape shifts
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of licensor-originated leads into Xyma's commercial pipeline
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or technical sales – ideally in industrial technology, process analytics, or engineering services
- Exposure to the Oil & Gas, Fertilisers, Refining, or Petrochemicals ecosystem – understanding of how technology licensors, EPCs, and plant operators interrelate
- Strong communication and presentation skills – comfortable engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at global technology companies
- Ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts; prior exposure to process instrumentation, sensing, or industrial IoT is a significant advantage
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building programs from scratch in a high-growth, early-stage environment
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required (25%)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation preferred); an MBA is an added advantage
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or related engineering discipline.
WHY XYMA
- Work at the intersection of deep-tech hardware, AI, and heavy industry transformation
- High-ownership, high-visibility role with direct access to leadership and global stage
- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives tied to partnership outcomes
- Opportunity to shape Xyma's global partner strategy from the ground up
- Inclusive, collaborative culture that values technical curiosity and commercial drive equally.
