Are you ready to take the next step in your career? As a Global Organizational Development Specialist (m/f/d) at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a key role in shaping our global HR landscape. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting HR transformation journey—where you take ownership, drive innovation, and collaborate with a team of passionate professionals.
About The Job
- Shape, refine, and deploy core global talent processes — such as onboarding, reskilling, upskilling, and performance management — ensuring they are strategically designed, consistently applied worldwide, and fully enabled through Workday.
- Create, enhance, and facilitate global leadership and talent development programs that strengthen essential capabilities and support business growth — working closely with HRIS to embed, monitor, and operationalize these initiatives in Workday for easy access and scalable impact.
- Develop and execute scalable, lasting culture‑building efforts that reflect our company values and cultivate an inclusive, high‑performance workplace.
- Drive and oversee complex, cross‑functional initiatives across Global HR and Talent Development, directly supporting the delivery of our strategic HR agenda — including converting strategic priorities into system‑driven solutions using Workday as the global backbone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across global, regional, and local levels to ensure alignment, engagement, and meaningful local adaptation of global programs.
- Continuously measure and review the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, using data insights and stakeholder feedback to refine solutions and demonstrate tangible value to the organization.
About You
- 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development, preferably within a global, matrixed organization.
- Relevant academic background such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful leadership programs and global talent processes.
- Workday Talent Optimization experience preferred, including translating global talent strategies into Workday system solutions (Learning, Talent, Performance), process design, configuration input, and global rollouts.
- Strong strategic and conceptual skills to convert complex business needs into scalable people solutions.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership from concept to execution.
- Strong project management skills, high cultural awareness, excellent stakeholder communication, and fluency in English.
