Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Global Operations Manager & Recruitment Lead to oversee and scale our international operations while leading end-to-end recruitment strategies. This role is ideal for someone who can manage global teams, optimize service delivery, and build a strong talent pipeline across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
• Oversee daily global operations across multiple European regions
• Manage IT service delivery (EUC L1/L2/L3 support, dispatch, IMAC, ITAD, data center services, WiFi surveys)
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal technical teams
• Optimize processes, workflows, and cost efficiency
• Lead expansion into new markets and operational scaling
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe (Germany, Netherlands, UK, etc.)
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of IT professionals (field engineers, network engineers, support staff)
• Develop hiring strategies for contract, freelance, and full-time roles
• Manage onboarding, vendor coordination, and workforce planning
• Maintain relationships with recruitment partners and platforms

Requirements
• 5–10+ years of experience in operations management and recruitment (preferably in IT services)
• Strong understanding of IT support environments (EUC, networks, data centers, field services)
• Experience managing distributed/global teams
• Proven ability to scale operations across multiple countries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with European hiring markets and compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in IT consulting or managed services companies
• Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
• Strong network of IT contractors/freelancers across Europe
• Multilingual skills (English required; German/Dutch is a plus)
