In-depth understanding of how the offboarding function contributes to achieving the organization’s objectives. A good understanding of the industry, regulatory landscape, and employment law across multiple jurisdictions is essential. Requires thorough understanding of the strategic direction of the offboarding function within HR Delivery, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas. Excellent communication skills required to influence and negotiate internally at senior levels. Some external communication/negotiation may be necessary.Responsible for designing and executing the Global Offboarding strategy. Determines approach to implementing transformation initiatives across all regions and locations. Accountable for end results, strategic planning. Impact reflects enterprise-wide scope, strategic influence on the business, and extensive interaction with multiple functions and businesses globally.
