Roles & Responsibilities:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
- Min. 4-5 years of experience in global mobility and immigration.
- Must have a working knowledge in Mobility process of Work permit & visas for Europe, UK/ME/USA and APAC and have working knowledge in social security, per-diem models.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, relocation processes, and global mobility best practices.
- Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to work with diverse cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any knowledge of APRO (mobility management software) will be an added advantage.
- Diligence and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
- Should have GEN AI certification with knowledge in automation and process life cycle management
