About the role
Design digital products and services based on user and business needs to improve the experience and ensure adoption and ease of use for customers and employees. Define graphical interfaces for users, complementing the implementation criteria. Validate the quality of products and services to find opportunities for improvement. Plan and execute user research, workshops, and other Design Thinking activities Create user journey maps for developing products and services, ensuring adoption. Support product owners in making product decisions to focus their vision on users. Provide criteria to technical teams to ensure the quality of product and service implementation.
