Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and partners globally.
* Drive end-to-end business development, including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures.
* Develop market entry strategies for new geographies.
* Achieve revenue targets and ensure sustainable growth.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
* Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
* Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client retention.
Key Requirements:
* 10–12 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical/lifesciences industry.
* Strong exposure to global markets, including Africa, LATAM, ASEAN, CIS, or EU/US.
* Proven track record of achieving international sales targets.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong network of global clients/distributors.
* Ability to travel internationally as required.
* Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
* B2B Negotiation & Deal Closure skills.
