Role Overview
As a Sr. Global Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, onboarding, and managing international partners for finance and compliance-related services while coordinating with global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard global business partners for finance and compliance services
Search and evaluate partner profiles through online platforms
Shortlist and assess partners based on company requirements
Coordinate with partners to obtain quotes and negotiate favorable terms
Schedule and conduct meetings with selected partners
Maintain proper documentation and records of partner data
Collaborate with clients across different time zones
Ensure smooth execution of compliance work through global partners
Manage client and partner requirements related to data, documentation, and legal processes
Generate leads and build a strong partner/client pipeline
Handle coordination and basic team management activities
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage records, data, and documentation efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office
Good knowledge of using ChatGPT and other productivity tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
Experience or understanding of B2B and B2C business models
Ability to deal with international clients across different regions
Knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools
Basic team handling or coordination experience
