Role Overview
The Global Lead – Compliance (Workspace & Facilities) is responsible for driving end-to-end compliance, governance, and risk management across all InMobi Group office locations globally. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, ISO standards, workplace safety norms, and internal policies, while building scalable frameworks that enable secure, efficient, and compliant workplace operations across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Global Compliance & Governance
- Drive compliance across all global offices in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Establish and standardize global compliance frameworks for workspace and facilities operations.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, audit requirements, and internal governance protocols across regions.
Audit & Certification Management
- Lead end-to-end ISO audits and global compliance audits (internal & external).
- Ensure audit readiness, documentation, and timely closure of observations across all locations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to sustain certification standards year-on-year.
Workplace Safety & Security Compliance
- Oversee compliance for CCTV systems, access control, fire safety, and workplace security standards.
- Ensure offices meet local statutory safety requirements and global security benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement in workplace safety protocols and incident prevention.
Vendor & Third-Party Governance
- Lead compliance for all facility vendors, security partners, and service providers globally.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct vendor audits, due diligence, and risk assessments to maintain governance standards.
Risk Management & Incident Handling
- Identify compliance risks across operations and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Lead investigation and resolution of compliance breaches, ensuring corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain strong incident reporting mechanisms and governance tracking.
Data Privacy & Systems Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) within workplace systems.
- Work closely with InfoSec teams on CCTV data handling, access control policies, and system security compliance.
Policy, Process & Standardization
- Develop and implement standardized global policies for workspace operations, compliance, and safety.
- Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and audit readiness.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, InfoSec, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless compliance execution.
- Provide regular compliance dashboards, insights, and updates to leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor on compliance risks and governance decisions.
Training & Culture Building
- Drive compliance awareness and training programs across global offices.
- Build a strong culture of accountability, safety, and ethical practices within workplace operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in global compliance, facilities, or governance roles
- Strong expertise in ISO standards, audits, GDPR, and workplace compliance frameworks
- Proven experience in managing multi-country operations and vendor ecosystems
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
