Global Indirect Buyer – Strategic Sourcing

About The Role
Join our Global Procurement team and lead sourcing initiatives across Facility, Professional Services, and Travel categories worldwide. In this senior role, you will drive competitive sourcing, negotiate strategic service contracts, and ensure long-term supplier performance and operational stability. You will shape category execution while delivering measurable cost efficiency, compliance, and service continuity across regions.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead global sourcing projects across Facility, Professional Services, and Travel
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and commercial terms independently
- Select and evaluate suppliers based on quality and service criteria
- Manage supplier performance and ensure long-term delivery stability
- Monitor SLAs, cost structures, and contract compliance
- Prepare cost estimations based on pricing trends and benchmarks
- Ensure purchasing follows defined processes and governance
- Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across suppliers
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement sourcing
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage global service contracts
- Experience selecting and evaluating suppliers independently
- Strong understanding of service cost structures and SLAs
- Analytical mindset with cost estimation capability
- Knowledge of ERP and procurement systems
- Ability to manage cross-regional stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgment and ownership mindset
