Exxelo Solutions is a dynamic global organization committed to fostering IT support and solutions. We are seeking an experienced  HR Manager to oversee HR operations and strategy across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.

Role Overview:

The HR Manager will manage end-to-end HR operations for employees and contractors across multiple jurisdictions, while also contributing to HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. This role combines operational excellence with strategic insight, requiring strong knowledge of global HR practices, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational HR:

  • Manage employment offers and contracts for employees and contractors in line with country-specific requirements.
  • Oversee payroll, including salary slips, timesheets, wage taxes, social security, insurance and collaboration with third-party payrolling partners.
  • Handle employee requests related to paid leaves, sick leaves, and other HR matters.
  • Maintain declarations for employees moving within EU and notify relevant authorities as required.
  • Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee manuals, and documentation, including thorough onboarding process, along with keeping record of leaves, paid holidays and any other benefits provided by Exxelo Solutions.

Strategic HR:

  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Develop programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Guide performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with management on HR strategy, organizational development, and change management.
  • Monitor HR metrics, trends, and compliance across countries to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR management with global or multi-country scope.
  • Strong knowledge of international HR practices, payroll, employment laws, and tax compliance.
  • Excellent drafting and documentation skills for HR policies, manuals, and official communications.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party payroll providers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Fleunt in English
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with cross-border employment compliance & social security affairs. 
  • Experience with global HR systems and analytics.
