About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Global HR Head to lead and manage the HR function across our key offices in India, UAE, Spain, the US, and Singapore. This role will play a critical part in aligning people strategy with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and building a strong, unified culture across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across India, UAE, Spain, the US, and Singapore
- Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling teams
- Oversee talent acquisition across regions, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring
- Build and standardize HR policies, processes, and frameworks across locations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regional regulations
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiatives across offices
- Implement and manage performance management and leadership development programs
- Leverage HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making
Key Requirements
- 8–10 years of HR experience with exposure to multi-country HR operations
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across different geographies and cultures
- Good understanding of labor laws in India and exposure to international HR practices (UAE, US, Singapore, Europe preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) would be an advantage
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and flexibility to work with global teams
