About the Role
IOTS is looking for a confident and engaging trainer to prepare nurses and healthcare professionals for international employer interviews.
The role focuses on interview preparation, professional communication, confidence-building, spoken English, and basic technical interview readiness for global healthcare opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct mock interviews (HR & basic technical)
• Train candidates in spoken English, communication, and workplace etiquette
• Improve confidence, body language, and interview performance
• Prepare candidates for international healthcare expectations
• Create interview practice materials and feedback reports
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions
Ideal Candidate
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience in healthcare training, nursing education, healthcare recruitment, or communication training
• Strong presentation and mentoring skills
• Ability to coach candidates for international interviews
Preferred Background
• Nurse Educator / Clinical Instructor
• Healthcare Trainer
• IELTS/OET Trainer (Healthcare)
• Soft Skills Trainer
• Healthcare Recruitment Trainer
• Senior Nurse with strong communication skills
