Job details:
Our client, a global enterprise software company serving Fortune 500 organisations across financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and government, is building a go-to-market engine to match a major AI-driven shift in how enterprises buy software — and this hire owns the top of that funnel globally. You'll lead a team of 15+ SDRs across inbound qualification and outbound prospecting, based out of the company's India hub but with global scope across North America, EMEA, and APAC, building the pipeline that fuels the Field Sales organisation across three high-growth enterprise product lines spanning endpoint security, application security testing, and AI-driven workload orchestration.
What You'll Own
- Owning global SDR pipeline targets, setting quarterly goals by region, segment, and product line
- Defining and tracking SDR contribution metrics: MQL-to-SAL conversion, pipeline generated, ACV influenced, and ramp-to-productivity
- Partnering with CRO and sales leadership to align SDR capacity planning with revenue targets
- Leading, developing, and retaining a team of 15+ SDRs and SDR managers across North America, EMEA, and APAC
- Building a culture of coaching and accountability, with clear SDR-to-AE promotion pathways
- Designing and scaling both inbound and outbound motions across enterprise and mid-market segments, including coverage models for the largest global accounts
- Partnering with regional field sales, central marketing, and security go-to-market teams on campaign-to-pipeline conversion and account-based motion execution
- Owning the SDR tech stack and championing AI-assisted prospecting and signal-based outreach
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in B2B enterprise software sales or business development, including at least 4 years leading SDR or inside sales teams of 10 or more
- A demonstrated track record of building and scaling global SDR organisations, including hiring SDR managers and building tiered team structures across geographies
- Experience selling into or building pipeline for enterprise security, IT operations, or DevSecOps products is a strong plus
- Proven ability to operate across time zones and manage distributed global teams
- Fluency in the modern SDR motion: intent data, AI-assisted outreach, multi-threaded prospecting, and pipeline analytics
- Executive presence to represent the SDR function in leadership forums
