About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global External Workforce Project Manager to support a global external workforce program for a leading global organization.
This is a program coordination and execution-focused Project Manager role, rather than a traditional large-scale implementation PM position.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities. You will help establish structure, track initiatives and deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, identify blockers, and ensure projects and operational activities continue moving forward.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager, Program Manager, PMO professional, or Workforce/Operations professional who enjoys driving accountability, coordinating cross-functional teams, and turning plans into execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track multiple roadmap initiatives and workstreams.
- Maintain project plans, action trackers, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and blockers and escalate as appropriate.
- Coordinate recurring program activities, governance meetings, and team cadences.
- Support Agile sprint activities, backlog coordination, and enhancement discussions.
- Facilitate communication across Procurement, Digital, Workforce, and business teams.
- Prepare clear and concise status updates and leadership-ready reports.
- Maintain visibility into roadmap progress, goals, enhancements, risks, and dependencies.
- Support quarterly, ad hoc, and leadership reporting.
- Help establish disciplined processes, accountability, and follow-through across initiatives.
- Support strategic and operational priorities, including digital and AI-related initiatives.

Required:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or project coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and execution skills.
- Ability to independently track commitments and drive accountability.
- Experience with project tracking, roadmap management, status reporting, and leadership updates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate appropriately.
- Comfortable working in a meeting-driven, cross-functional environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work with global teams and provide meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours.
