Role Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Global Events & Marketing Associate to support strategic event initiatives, brand visibility programs, and marketing coordination activities across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- This role will work closely with leadership, sales, branding, and cross-functional teams to drive planning and execution of global industry events, conferences, customer engagement initiatives, and related marketing activities aligned to business priorities.
- The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of global industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives aligned to GTM priorities
- Coordinate with leadership, sales, and regional stakeholders to align on participation objectives, event strategy, and engagement plans
- Work with marketing teams on event messaging, brochures, presentations, collaterals, and digital visibility initiatives
- Manage coordination with event organizers, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure seamless execution
- Support pre-event and post-event marketing activities including digital campaigns, attendee engagement, and event reporting
- Assist in tracking event budgets, timelines, deliverables, and overall program effectiveness
- Maintain and own event calendars, trackers, and internal coordination workflows across multiple geographies
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and high-quality execution across all event and marketing touchpoints
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B technology or semiconductor events, including global industry events and exhibitions preferred
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across global teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and related business tools
- Exposure to LinkedIn marketing, digital campaigns, or marketing platforms is a plus
