Senior Master data specialist - 6 months+ - Remote - Contract

Are you passionate about data integrity and process excellence? We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Specialist to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our SAP master data processes. Responsibilities Execute and process various types of Master Data (MD) requests in compliance with SOX and audit requirements Ensure the quality and integrity of master data in SAP through ongoing maintenance Perform routine reporting and mass changes on MD objects Identify and cleanse SAP Master Data duplications Execute small work items within the MD area with limited support Provide training to team members across the organization Support process changes and act as a tester Assist with yearly and ad hoc audit requests Contribute to and support project activities as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance (preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in Master Data or a related field Proficient in SAP transactional processes Strong business communication skills in English (written and oral) Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills Proactive and positive attitude with a results-oriented approach Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and communicating across all levels of the organization
