Role Purpose
The Global Director – Sales is accountable for driving global revenue growth across all lines of business for Digitys. This role owns the end‑to‑end sales charter globally, including market expansion, enterprise deal closure, strategic account growth, and sales organization effectiveness.
The incumbent will operate as a senior commercial leader, partnering closely with executive leadership, delivery, and solution teams to convert Digitys’ capabilities into sustainable and scalable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Global Revenue & Growth Ownership
• Own and deliver revenue annually, across global markets.
• Build and execute the global sales strategy spanning APAC, EMEA, and North America.
• Establish robust pipeline coverage (minimum 3× of annual target) and ensure predictability in forecasting.
• Drive profitable growth with focus on deal quality, margins, and long‑term client value.
Sales Leadership Across All Lines of Business
• Lead sales efforts across all Digitys service lines and solutions, ensuring cross‑selling and integrated offerings.
• Translate complex offerings (AI, data, digital, business solutions) into clear value propositions and outcomes.
• Partner with delivery and solution leadership to ensure deal feasibility, pricing discipline, and customer success.
Enterprise & Strategic Account Leadership
• Personally lead large, complex enterprise deals, including multi‑year and multi‑LOB engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO‑level stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CDO, CHRO, CFO).
• Own strategic account planning, expansion strategies, and long‑term client engagement models.
Sales Organization & Governance
• Build, coach, and scale a high‑performance global sales team (direct and indirect).
• Establish strong sales governance including pipeline reviews, deal qualification, and win/loss analysis.
• Define sales KPIs, incentives, and performance management aligned to revenue and growth goals.
Go‑to‑Market & Market Intelligence
• Identify priority industries, geographies, and solution plays for growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing on positioning, messaging, and demand‑generation initiatives.
• Track competitive landscape and market trends to continuously refine go‑to‑market strategy.
• Represent Digitys at industry events, client forums, and partner ecosystems.
Revenue Targets & Success Metrics
• Annual Target: ₹10 Cr net revenue
• Pipeline Coverage: Minimum 30 Cr qualified pipeline
• Primary Metrics:
• New logo acquisition
• Net‑new revenue from expansion and cross‑LOB deals
• Deal size and win rate
• Sales cycle effectiveness
• Forecast accuracy
Candidate Profile
Experience
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise / global B2B sales, preferably in technology, digital, or business services.
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise and strategic deals.
• Experience managing global or multi‑region sales responsibilities.
• Strong exposure to selling services‑led and solution‑oriented offerings.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build and scale sales teams in growth environments.
• Strategic yet hands‑on leadership style with strong execution bias.
• Comfort working in entrepreneurial and evolving organizations.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
