Position SummaryAre you ready to be the bridge between global HR strategy and operational excellence? We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and global-minded HR Analyst to join our Corporate HR team in Mumbai. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in connecting our India office with global HR operations - especially across the United States and other international regions - ensuring consistent practices, data accuracy, and seamless communication across the HR lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and regularly audit employee data in systems ADP, etc.
- Generate insightful HR dashboards and reports to support global leadership decisions.
- Perform data integrity checks and system reconciliations.
Coordination with Global Teams
- Liaise with US and international HR counterparts to ensure alignment in global HR operations.
- Coordinate hire-to-retire processes across locations, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Communicate HR policy updates, compliance changes, and initiatives globally.
Process Optimization & Standardization
- Analyze, document, and enhance existing HR processes for global efficiency.
- Support HR digital transformation projects, automation tools, and best practice implementation.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining SOPs and workflows.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with both local and international labor laws.
- Organize and manage documentation for audits, benefits, and employee records.
- Monitor global compliance changes and implement timely updates.
Project Management & Support
- Collaborate on global HR projects such as performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and compensation benchmarking.
- Support training schedules, communications, and logistics across time zones.
- Assist with HR analytics, market intelligence, and benchmarking studies.
Candidate Profile
Qualification
Requirement
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Experience
2–4 years in HR operations/analytics with exposure to MNCs or global HR teams
Tools & Systems
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, MS Excel, PowerPoint
Skills
Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management
Work Style
Ability to collaborate across global time zones, with partial overlap with US teams
