Our India team supports the operational and execution infrastructure behind Babaclick’s international commerce operations, working across fulfilment, sourcing, workflows, operational coordination, and AI-enabled systems within fast-moving global environments.
About the Programme
This is not a passive or observation-led internship.
The Babaclick Graduate Internship Programme '26 is designed for individuals who want exposure to real operational environments where execution quality, ownership, responsiveness, communication, and attention to detail directly impact live business operations.
Interns will work closely across operational workflows supporting:
- global commerce operations
- fulfilment coordination
- procurement & sourcing execution
- operational tracking and reporting
- supplier and workflow coordination
- AI-assisted operational systems and workflows
You will work alongside operational and commercial teams supporting live workflows tied directly to operational performance, execution quality, and international commerce operations.
This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment where adaptability, pace, accountability, and reliability matter.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for highly reliable, operationally sharp, and execution-oriented individuals who are comfortable operating within structured, high-accountability environments.
Strong candidates will typically demonstrate:
- Exceptional conversational and written English
- Confidence communicating with international / UK-based teams
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Comfort working with operational workflows, structured processes, and execution-focused environments
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to go beyond basic task execution
- High adaptability, responsiveness, and learning agility
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Comfort operating within fast-moving operational environments
Candidates should also be reasonably comfortable using:
- Excel / Google Sheets
- structured operational trackers and reporting workflows
- modern AI tools and AI-assisted workflows as part of execution and problem-solving
This role is particularly well-suited for individuals interested in:

Preferred backgrounds may include Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, Economics, Management, Analytics, or related disciplines — however, capability, communication, ownership, adaptability, and execution standards matter significantly more than formal pedigree.
How We Work
Babaclick operates as a lean, execution-first environment with high standards around ownership, pace, responsiveness, operational discipline, and output quality.
Our teams work closely with international stakeholders and live operational workflows across multiple global markets. Flexibility is important within this environment, and interns should be comfortable working later hours where required alongside UK operational teams. Weekend support may occasionally be required depending on operational volumes and business requirements.
We actively utilise AI-assisted workflows, structured operational systems, and execution-focused processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance across the business.
This programme is designed for individuals who genuinely want to learn quickly, operate at pace, build operational capability, and grow into long-term contributors within a high-performance global operations environment.
