Role Description The Global Collections Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The representative will manage international debt and cash collection activities, contact customers to resolve outstanding balances, and negotiate payment arrangements in line with company policies. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound collection calls, updating customer records, coordinating with finance and operations teams, and ensuring timely escalation of complex cases. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service, adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and contributing to collection targets and performance metrics. Professionals with 2–5 years of relevant experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Strong debt collection and cash collection skills, with experience managing global or high-volume portfolios.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Foundational knowledge of finance and collections processes, including basic understanding of billing and reconciliations.
- Proven experience in collections or related roles (2–5 years), preferably in BPO, BFSI, or shared services environments.
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and work towards resolution while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Comfort with CRM or collections tools, strong MS Office skills, and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, meet targets, and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; commerce, finance, or business-related qualifications are an advantage.

Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Debit Collections Representatives for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, assess customers' financial situations, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound collection calls.
Understand customers' financial situations through effective questioning and active listening.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding account balances.
Manage delinquent accounts across various collection stages and buckets.
Provide accurate information regarding accounts, products, services, and payment options.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Record customer interactions, payment commitments, disputes, and resolutions accurately in CRM systems.
Process account updates, customer requests, and required documentation.
Follow up on payment commitments to ensure timely collections.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and collection regulations.
Consistently achieve collection, productivity, and quality targets.
Required Skills
2–6 years of experience in International Voice Process, preferably US Collections.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
