About the role
Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals).
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Posting & Advertising: Write and post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs and build lasting relationships with candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and interview criteria.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates about their interview status.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientations, and background checks.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates to HR leadership on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channels.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture and values in candidate interactions.
