This is a full-time, on-site position for a Global Career Consultant, based in Hyderabad. The Global Career Consultant will engage with clients to provide career counseling, assist with career development planning, and offer expert guidance on career management strategies. The individual will also work with students and professionals to identify career aspirations, assess skills, and strategize pathways to success. Additional responsibilities include facilitating workshops, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and maintaining career resources/reports tailored to diverse client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling with strong interpersonal and guidance capabilities
- Effective Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
- Ability to assess and develop individualized career strategies
- Comfortable working in a client-centric environment with a focus on collaboration and service excellence
- Relevant certifications in career counseling or human resources (optional, but preferred)
- Previous experience in career development or counseling roles is an asset
