Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Global Business Director. The role involves designing and executing global business strategies, overseeing sales initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure organizational growth. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business performance, leading planning processes, managing global projects, and supporting sales teams to exceed targets. The candidate will also be responsible for fostering collaboration between teams and identifying opportunities to expand into new markets.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning skills to define, implement, and align strategies for global market expansion
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and operational data
- Proven expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and motivate diverse, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability in Sales, including driving growth, meeting objectives, and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working in a remote, dynamic global environment is advantageous
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
