Solution Bowl is a fast-growing IT services company based in Gurgaon, India. We deliver web applications, mobile apps, custom software, cloud solutions, and digital transformation projects for global clients across the US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
We are now in an active growth phase — building our international revenue engine. This hire is central to that mission.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Global Business Development Head who will independently drive international revenue for Solution Bowl through two parallel channels:
1. Global Partnerships (Primary Focus)
• Identify and sign global partners — agencies, consulting firms, IT resellers, and system integrators — who need a strong delivery arm in India
• Structure and close partnership agreements with clear revenue-sharing models
• Manage and grow partner relationships into consistent, long-term project pipelines
2. Direct International Client Acquisition
• Generate and close IT service deals directly with clients in the US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East
• Own the full sales cycle — first outreach to signed contract — with no hand-holding
• Build and manage a live CRM pipeline through LinkedIn, outbound, referrals, and networking
• Develop proposals, pitch decks, and pricing strategies independently
3. Revenue Ownership
• Own quarterly and annual international revenue targets — report directly to the CEO
• Build the BD playbook from scratch
• Scale into a BD team leadership role after achieving initial revenue milestones
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
• 5 to 10 years of international B2B sales experience.
• Personally closed IT service deals with global clients — not just supported closures
• Experience selling web, mobile, cloud, or custom software development services
• Sold into at least one market: US, Canada, Europe, Australia, Middle East
• Hands-on experience building or managing global channel partnerships
• Strong English communication — written and spoken — for global client interaction
• Self-sufficient operator — can generate leads, write proposals, and manage pipeline
• Has functioned as a solo BD contributor at some point in their career
Good to Have
• Existing network of global agencies, consulting firms, or IT resellers
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound sales platforms
• Experience structuring SOWs, pricing proposals, and partnership agreements
