About the Role
We are looking for driven and ambitious professionals to join our global sales team and help expand the reach of Faveo Helpdesk & Service Desk solutions across international markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals with customers worldwide. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while building strong, long-term relationships with global clients.
Comprehensive training on product and sales processes will be provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, and online channels
Present and demonstrate Faveo Helpdesk & Service Desk solutions to global clients
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial discussions
Consistently follow up and move prospects through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Generate leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, cold emails, networking)
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Who Can Apply
Freshers (0–1 year)
Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in SaaS / technology sales
Willingness to learn and work in a global sales environment
Experienced Candidates (1–7 years)
Experience in sales, business development, or SaaS/product sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with international customers is a plus
Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle independently
Skills Required
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in delivering product demos
Ability to build relationships with global clients
Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (global time zones)
