Role Description
Esse India is seeking a Global Business Development Manager for a full-time on-site position in Abroad . This role involves developing and implementing business strategies, identifying international market opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, driving international sales growth, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet business targets while contributing to strategic initiatives and partnerships globally.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in International Business Development and identifying global expansion opportunities
- Strong skills in Business Planning and formulating growth strategies
- Experience in International Sales with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and negotiations
- Account Management experience, including building and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in the immigration consultancy or international service sector is an advantage
