Company Description Operant Pharmacy Federation (OPF) is an international scientific community focused on advancing the pharmacy profession and biomedical sciences. Role Description The Global Ambassador is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The role involves representing OPF in academic and professional communities, building relationships with institutions and partners, and promoting OPF events, publications, and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating outreach campaigns, supporting the organization of conferences and workshops, engaging with students and professionals through online and in-person channels, and sharing updates on OPF programs. The Global Ambassador will also gather feedback from stakeholders, contribute ideas to enhance global visibility, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and inclusive communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse academic and professional audiences.
- Experience in outreach, community engagement, or stakeholder management within healthcare, pharmacy, or scientific fields.
- Ability to coordinate events or campaigns, including planning, promotion, and follow-up activities.
- Comfort with digital tools and social media platforms for professional networking and promotion of organizational initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in scientific communication, professional development, and global collaboration in pharmacy and biomedical domains.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage responsibilities in a hybrid work setting, including occasional travel for events as needed.
