We believe passionate developers should be able to scale their products without selling their soul. Some of the hard problems involved are - how do we build self-optimizing products (continuous experimentation with RL)? how do we offer a freemium intelligence product without incurring massive infra spends? can we enable a 1-click SDK integration using code-copilots/agents, etc. We have previously worked on some of the most famous mobile games out there like Candy Crush Saga, FIFA Mobile, and Plants vs Zombies. We're backed by global investors and are looking to build a small, but cracked team to change the way games and new consumer experiences are taken to market in the future. About the role: We're hiring a founding engineer to join us in shaping the next generation of consumer app infrastructure. This will be an in-person role in Bangalore. We are also happy to facilitate work-trials or internships so we can mutually establish a strong fit. We're flexible on compensation and are willing to pay top of band for the right person. We're looking for someone who's hungry to grow and be as AI-native as possible.
