We are looking for a passionate Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. If you have at least 2 years of experience and are skilled in Python (Django/Flask) and JavaScript (Node/Express), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain server-side logic using Python (Django/Flask) and JavaScript (Node/Express).
2. API Integration: Develop and maintain robust APIs for frontend and third-party integration.
3. Database Management: Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data consistency and performance.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver scalable solutions.
5. Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve backend issues, ensuring smooth and reliable functionality.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
2. Proficiency in Python (Django/Flask) and JavaScript (Node/Express).
3. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
4. Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
5. Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
