About the role
We are seeking a Talent Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent to match with our client's needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring requirements and then leverage your network and research skills to identify and engage with high-quality candidates. Key responsibilities include:- Proactively sourcing and screening candidates to build a robust talent pipeline- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate fit- Providing a consultative approach to clients on their hiring needs- Partnering with the sales team to develop tailored talent solutions- Maintaining detailed records of all candidate and client interactions- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processesThe ideal candidate will have:- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role- Strong networking and relationship-building skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging top talent- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools- A passion for talent and a desire to make a meaningful impact
