About the role

Summary


Label Creation Specialist will work with the Production Team, to create labels for all finished units produced within the manufacturing facility. This position requires strong computer literacy, inventory, and organizational skills. As well as attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Create labels according to production needs and the production schedule.
• Aid with the keeping of the inventory of all labels. By having and maintaining good inventory practices, such as tracking deductions and various uses of each label type.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Maintain and perform routine maintenance and general upkeeping as needed on printing equipment to ensure they remain operational.
• Ensure accuracy when creating and printing labels. Verify that all information on the label is correct (COA, packing date, barcodes, Metrc UID(s), etc.) in relation to the product that the labels will be applied to.
• Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
• Notify management of any discrepancies, software, or hardware malfunctions that may lead to delays in production.

Education and/or Experience
• High school or GED
• Requires 1 year of related experience
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator

 

Required:
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment
• This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
• Flexible availability for work hours.
• Willingness to work weekends.
