</div><div>Glass Flooring Systems (GFS) is the industry leader in high-end structural glass systems, working with top architects, builders, and developers across the country. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a <strong>sharp, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist</strong> who will also support our <strong>production, shipping, and sales teams</strong>.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>

<li>Be the <strong>first point of contact</strong> for clients, vendors, and visitors<br><br>
</li>
<li>Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and confidence<br><br>
</li>
<li>Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments (LTL, freight, paperwork)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support the <strong>production team</strong> with scheduling and job coordination<br><br>
</li>
<li>Assist the <strong>sales team</strong> with proposal prep, order tracking, and client follow-ups<br><br>
</li>
<li>Help manage project files, documentation, and internal communication<br><br>

<li>Maintain a polished, professional front office environment<br><br>
